Customer Engagement Manager

The Customer Engagement Manager will manage and develop new and existing customer accounts, resolve customer issues and communicate accurate information to the team to provide superior customer support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, position and aggressively pursue our clients services
  • Assist in expanding our consulting service offerings
  • Build client relationships and make periodic visits
  • Assist in pre-sales activities for implementation services
  • Position and assist in up selling additional products and software
  • Understanding in Business processes and system architecture
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of SAP Consulting Sales experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to multiple full lifecycle software implementations
  • Independent thinking with keen problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience working with Big 4 or other large consulting firms a plus
Travel could be 60 - 100% depending
